The nice thing about these webbing gear straps is that the buckles won't slip and the webbing can't stretch, and therefore once locked in place, your gear won't budge. 

These straps have elegant metal cam buckles that have been made by ARNO® since the 1940s. The are super strong and durable. The custom Mica webbing adds a little personality to an otherwise workhorse product.

The double ring loops behind the buckles allow you to retain the strap on a rack rail so it remains in place while you pack your bike.

The 100cm length is long enough to attach an extra-large bag to a rack. Unneeded length can be trimmed with scissors and a lighter to finish the cut end.
