YES we do ship Bicycles!: Bear in mind bikes are big and heavy, shipping rates will be determined on the day of purchase or as close to as possible. Overweight/Oversize: Items include but are not limited to: Wheels, Wire Bead Tires, Baskets, Trainers, Racks, Fenders, Repair Stands and of course Bicycles. Our Rates on Overweight/Oversize items will be show once; you add them to your cart, click "cart details" then "calculate Shipping" 

Return/Exchange

Returns are accepted within 7 days of *date of purchase online, Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your *online date of purchase and will apply as an in-store credit on a gift card. All items must be unused/worn, returned in original packaging, in original condition with a receipt. Any parts that have been mounted even for fitting purposes are not eligible for return or exchange as they are no longer in new condition. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. Please use the contact us form and we will begin the refund/return process.

*All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, online refunds for products that have yet to be shipped will be subject to a 5% restocking fee*

For all returns, the Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to Bike and Brew.
