This course goes beyond the basics to help you identify real-world brake issues—pad wear patterns, contamination, rubbing, and inconsistent feel—and understand what causes them. You’ll compare rim and mechanical disc systems, then dive into targeted adjustments that improve power and control: fine-tuning cable tension, correcting pad alignment, and optimizing caliper positioning. You’ll leave with a sharper eye for diagnosing problems, the skills to make effective at-home refinements.
