Canadian Shipping
- Flat Rate: $20 for orders under $199.
- Free Shipping: Orders $199+ (excluding bikes and oversized/overweight items).
- Yukon & Territories: No flat rate available — contact us for a custom quote.
Orders ship Tuesday–Friday, between 10am–5pm. Weekend orders go out Tuesday.
Bicycle Shipping
- BC, AB, SK, MB: $150 flat rate / $225 for e-bikes.
- ON, QC, NB, NS, PEI: $200 flat rate / $275 for e-bikes.
- Yukon & Territories: No flat rate available — contact us for a custom quote.
International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
- We currently do not ship to the U.S. (hoping to change that soon!).
- For other international destinations, rates vary. Email [email protected] to get a quote.
- International sales are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on international sales.
Oversized/Overweight Items
Includes wheels, wire bead tires, baskets, trainers, racks, fenders, repair stands, bicycles, and frames. Oversized Shipping rates will appear at checkout.
Receiving Your Shipment
Inspect Before Signing
- Check for visible damage before signing.
- If damaged, note it on all delivery documents and request an ASF (Additional Services Form).
- Once signed, you’re confirming it arrived in good condition.
Concealed Damage
- Keep all packaging.
- Notify us immediately.
- Don’t move the product before inspection.
- Save the inspection report
Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchases: Within 14 days of purchase.
In-Store Purchases: Within 7 days of purchase. If returned within 14 days purchaser will receive in-store credit applied on a gift card.
- Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging and condition, with receipt.
- Mounted parts (even for fitting) cannot be returned.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method (minus an online processing fee).
- All returns that do not follow the above guidelines are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
- Online returns: A Processing fee of 5% will be applied to all returns.
- Once the product has been received and inspected by Bike and Brew the appropriate refund or credit will be applied.
- Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to Bike and Brew.
- International sales are final sale. We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on international sales.
No Returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Installed parts or accessories
- Apparel or worn clothing
- Bike shorts (for hygiene reasons)
- Special order items
